There is real momentum building within Collegeville Rotary, and it is something we should all be proud of.

We are experiencing growth in membership and renewed engagement across the club. Growth is not simply about adding names to a roster — it is about welcoming leaders who want to serve, strengthening our culture, and expanding our impact in the community.

Recently, we held Member Action Plan Strategy Session, where members came together to evaluate who we are today and where we want to go tomorrow. The discussion was thoughtful and productive. We identified opportunities to improve member engagement, strengthen communication, enhance visibility in the community, and create a more intentional pathway for membership growth and retention.

This important work continues at our upcoming Member Action Plan Strategy Session II on March 21st.

This session will focus on refining priorities and turning strategy into action. The future of our club depends on clear direction and shared commitment. Every member’s perspective matters, and I strongly encourage you to participate.

Collegeville Rotary is positioned for continued growth — not just in size, but in leadership, service, and influence. When we align our efforts and work with purpose, there is no limit to what we can accomplish.
