to Inclement Weather
Collegeville Rotary prioritizes the safety and well-being of our attendees and members.
In the event of inclement weather, the following cancellation policy will be in effect:
Decision Timeline: A decision regarding event cancellations due to inclement weather will be made as early as possible, typically no later than 24 hours before the event.
Notification Process: All registered attendees and members will be notified via email regarding any cancellations. Updates will also be shared on the Collegeville Rotary website and social media channels as applicable.
Rescheduling: If possible, the event will be rescheduled, and details will be provided in a future Bulletin / Newsletter.
Personal Responsibility: Attendees and members are encouraged to use their judgment regarding travel and participation in the event during questionable weather conditions.
